The concept of this page is to go back to some of our favorite shoots from the days when the video clip quality may not have been as good as it currently is and present some of our classic clips to you in cleaner formatted clips, edited, sometimes with music and in high resolution.

If you are having trouble playing the high res clips, its because they are of the mpg-2 type while the rest of our clips are mpg-1. You may need to update your media player or download a codec to play these clips. Maryse Manios, European She-Hulk

Our first shoot with a European import took place with Maryse Manios in Central Park (New York City). She brought a big physique to the shoot and frankly, posed her ass off for us.

Jennifer Broomfield, Teen Wonder

We discovered Jen Broomfield as an 18 year old girl with a strong passion for bodybuilding. Her determination and love for the sport was really impressive at her age or any age. We had her down to be a guest performer at the New York Muscle Club and did a shoot with her the next month when she appeared again. These clips are from that first weekend at the NYMC.

Christine Roth Blows Us Away

We brought Christine Roth down to New York to perform for the New York Muscle Club and shoot with us for HerBiceps after having seen her at the 2001 Women's Strength Extravaganza as a hybrid figure and bodybuilding competitor. Her combination of muscle, charisma and looks made bringing her down from Canada easily worth it and she was one of the favorite 1st year girls featured on the site in 2002. Since shooting with us then, Christine has dedicated herself to competitive bodybuilding, put on a lot more size and has done very well in the IFBB pro ranks. We've shot with her several times since the NYC trip, but it will be tough to top some of the video footage from that weekend.

Steph Park at East River Park

Stephanie Park was our first fly-in shoot and one of our most popular models ever. Steph was a natural bodybuilder with a girlish playfulness about her that really came through in our shooting with her. We shot for 2-3 days all around New York City, inside and outside, Central Park, Times Square, etc etc. But some of our most memorable work with Steph went down during a fun segment shot around the playground area at the East River Park on Manhattan's Upper East Side. At the time, we presented most of this footage in short bits and in low res only. We've gone back and done re-edits of big chunks of the footage and offer them now for the first time at higher quality and higher resolution.

Tamara Sherrill's First Day of Location Shooting

Tamara Sherrill was a drop dead gorgeous fitness competitor who we met a few months prior at the 2004 USAs. Now an IFBB Pro, this was her first location shoot ever. She was a little nervous, but couldn't help but look great; her natural effervescence really shows through. This clip is the best snippets of video pieced together to form one long clip from all the footage at the locale. Originally, this was posted only in low resolution and chopped up into small clips. Here, its available for viewing for the first time in high resolution.

Cindy Phillips First Shoot

We contacted Cindy after seeing pictures of her competition when she was 18 years old and brought her into town without having met her. She stepped off the plane and wowed us with her presence, physique and look. She's really developed as a bodybuilder in the last few years, but here's a look at some timelessly classic footage of Cindy's first shoot.

Mari Kudla's Rainbow Bikini

Mari sporting one of the all-time great figure physiques put on this PERFECT rainbow-colored bikini and dazzled us with some eye-popping posing.

Elena Seiple as a Redhead

These clips are from an early 2003 shoot with Elena in semi-offseason shape. Her finely honed physique is what you notice first, but she made a statement that winter with her overall look by becoming a red head. Some of this footage was posted on the site, but much of it never was.

Tara Scotti Dazzles the Camera

We first saw Tara Scotti at the 2003 Ms Olympia Expo when she was relatively unknown. She was promoting herself utilizing her best assets, her outgoing personality and her unreal abdominal muscles. After seeing her flash her abs, bringing her down for a solo trip to Florida in early 2004 to do some extensive shooting with us was a no-brainer. She's a pleasure to work with and she gives everything her best effort as you'll see in these extended clips that were previously only posted in normal resolution and chopped into pieces. We thought it was worth going back and working up these clips for our members in high resolution format. Here's the first of these clips.

Various New York Muscle Club Performances

Ann Pratt's First Muscle Shoot

We met Ann Pratt at the 2003 Olympia and set up a shoot with her for that Sunday in the early evening just as the sun was going down. Because of daylight savings time, we didn't realize we'd have no outside light and were forced to improvise by going indoors, but without any lighting equipment. So, a lot of the footage was dark. We posted some of it originally, but didn't post all of it because of the poor quality. Well, here's some of the footage from her shoot color-corrected and brightened up. Some of this footage was never posted, and the stuff that was has been improved and re-edited. And of course, its now available in high resolution for the first time.

This was Ann's first shoot involving video and flexing, so she was a bit nervous about it...but you can see she's a natural and her condition was really terrific considering she wasn't competing.

Mari Kudla in her little black dress

Mari Kudla showed up for this shoot looking sensational the day after competing and placing in the top 5 in the 2003 Figure Olympia. We didn't know exactly what she'd look like doing bodybuilding type flexes, but she just blew us away with her physique and sultry style.

Here is all the posing she did for video in her first outfit. This clip is almost 4 minutes long and the mpg-1 version is higher quality than the original mini-clips posted on the site a couple years ago. There is also a high res version available for the first time.

Betty Viana at the 2003 Ms Olympia

I think this was our first shoot with a Ms Olympia female bodybuilding competitor and we've shot with Betty at each Olympia since (wait til you see the extensive footage from this year's shoot). The posing/measuring footage has been edited in one continuous clip available in a higher quality 320x240 size mpg-1 and also for the first time, you can see all this footage in 640x480 high resolution mpg-2.

We are also posting some of the footage from this shoot that we didn't post the first time around. The smaller posing clips were originally too dark, but we are now able to correctively edit the footage for posting. And the armwrestling footage, we originally decided not to post because Betty didn't want to really strain herself in contest shape.

Jeannie Paparone's Championship Physique

We shot with Jeannie Paparone in November of 2002 the morning after she won the NPC Nationals winning her pro card in the process. She was as hard, well-conditioned and as complete a package as we have seen on the NPC stage. So, here's the entirety of the video we shot with her fully edited into one continuous extra long clip.

Tina Gaita in Studio

We found Tina at an armwrestling contest and thought she had Maxim-model looks and a very cute personality. Here, the 18 year old New York native radiates beauty as she shows off her natural muscle tone.

Sarah Dunlap in Studio -- Jeans Shorts

We brought Sarah up to New York City for 2 days for a New York Muscle Club guest performance and some HerBiceps shoots in June of 2002, a month after winning the Jr USAs and 5 months before she shocked the world by winning her pro card at the 2002 NPC Nationals by taking the heavyweight class at the ripe age of 21. Here, she shows the classic Sarah smile, incredibly shapely legs and ripped biceps.
