Were you always strong/athletic/muscular? Any childhood memories you can share? I've always been athletic and had a mesomorphic build. I am the only girl. I have a twin brother and an older brother. I always played football and basketball with them, so I was a true tomboy.

Athletic Background: I played basketball and ran track in high school. My first time lifting weights was when I played basketball in high school. My first time seriously training was with my twin brother. He had a ectomorphic build, so he started lifting weights to put on size and I would train with him. I've been training now for 17 years.

Who are your role models in your sport? Lee Haney and Lenda Murray

Has sports/lifting had a positive impact on your life and how?: This sports demands patience, determination and dedication, of which I give 100%. This spills over into my professional and personal life.

What empowers/motivates you as an athlete?: My goal of earning that Pro card and competing in the Ms. Olympia is what motivates and empowers me.

What's your strongest muscle group, what do you consider your weakest?: My strongest muscle group is my legs. My weakest, my upper chest.

How do people react to you lifting weights and/or being muscular or real athletic?: For the most part, very posituve. But then you will always have those few that are insecure with themselves that like to try and make you feel inferior.

What are your future goals in athletics and weight lifting? Earning that Pro card and ultimately competing in the Ms. Olympia.

Anything else about you that you'd like to add: I am a very spiritual person and I put God first in everything I do. He is the source of my strength. Without Him, none of this is possible.
