Hack squats: 2 plates a side for 10 reps
Deadlift: straight leg for hamstrings 165lbs for 4 reps
Calf Raises: donkeys with 360lbs for 10 reps
How many pullups/chinups can you do consecutively (specify chin
or pull)?: Can do around 10 pullups with bodyweight of around 150lbs,
can do alot more when dieted.
How many pushups?: 25
Furthest you have run or best time in a mile?: Used to run cross
country track in high school, can't remember how far though

Where are you from/where do you live: I live in
a small town in Saskatchewan Candada
Job/School...tell us about what you do: I run my
own personal training business in my gym plus train alot over the
internet.
Hobbies / Interests: Starting to get into photography?
Thats still a maybe. Love to cook, train, watch a good movie and
party it up once in a while :-)

Were you always strong/athletic/muscular? Any childhood
memories you can share ? Actually, I have always been a skinny person
growing up, Bean Pole was my nickname, LOL!
Athletic Background...sports played growing up?
in school? Track, volleyball, crosscountry running.
how did you start lifting? how long have you been
lifting?: Watched my first show in 1996 and decided to give it a
shot, thats when I got serious in the gym. I started lifting in
1994 though.
Who are your role models in your sport? Who would
you like to emulate? My role models are Lenda Murray and Cathy Preist.
Has sports/lifting had a positive impact on your
life and how?: It has given me a ton of confidence and I have experienced
things in life I don't think I would have if I didn't get involved
in the sport. ie: Travelling, meeting wonderful people, etc etc
What empowers/motivates you as an athlete?: I love
to feel strong and healthy and I want to improve every year on the
stage.
How do strangers react to you lifting weights and/or
being muscular or real athletic? how does your family/friend react?:
My father REALLY supports me, my mom thinks its gross, LOL!! My
husband and kids give me a TON of support and encouragement. People
really stare and some make comments but for the most part, its all
very positive.
Have you ever been challenged in sports or in the
weight room or in other circumstances to prove yourself against
a guy? Can you share any stories and results of such experiences
with our viewers? I was challenged by Mike E. from Herbiceps for
an armwrestle, and guess who won? You'll have to ask Mike, LOL!!
Iv'e armwrestled a couple girls from around here and done not too
bad.
What are your future goals in athletics and weight
lifting? To keep improving every year, bigger, stronger, better!!
