Job/School: "I am a Weight Trainer, model and I have been getting into acting locally in the last couple of years. I am also starting Dental school in the fall but will aways go hard in what I love which is fitness sport and everything that goes with it."

Hobbies/Interests: "weight training, swimming, snowboarding and anything sporty."

Favorite Music: "I love Hip Hop and R&B because I love to dance and all night long if I can."

Athletic Background: "I was very small figured when I was young so I had to work my butt off to get my muscle, but I was strong at a young age, mostly mentally which is the most important part. I think if you want it bad enough, you will work hard enough to get it. As far as sports goes I've always loved them I love trying new things all the time.

"I started weight training when I was 14 years old and that has been my sport since. My heart has always been for the sport of bodybuilding. Before that, I enjoyed dancing; ballet and hip hop. As for other sports, I've always played everything I can get my hands on but always just for fun."

On the impact lifting has had on her: "I am healthier, stronger and more fit than if I had never picked up weights. Also, I can help people achieve these goals for themselves, which I love being able to do. Also, lifting has provided me a chance of a career in doing something that I love. What more could I ask for?"

On her motivation as an athlete: "I am my own worst critic, so what motivates me is challenging myself and the unbeatable feeling I get from meeting those challenges. Also, my younger sisters and my clients are getting to that age of needing fitness to be healthy and strong, and I don't want to let them down. I want to show them that everyone can do it."

On her strongest/weakest muscle groups: "My strongest muscle is a tie between my biceps and my back. My weakest is probably my calves and hamstrings."

On people's reaction to her muscular physique: "People usually like it and are supportive, even men. Not everybody likes everything but it's great when people can just respect you for you. Actully, most men might just find it sexy!!"

On doing her part to win the battle of the sexes: "All the time, guys love starting a challange. Once I was working at a gym, there was a group of guys that came every day that loved their testosterone, espically this one guy. I never offered my weight totals but thay loved trying to get it out of me. One day I answered them on my bench and my squats and thay would not believe me. So, with a big ordeal we made a date for that night after my work for them all to come back and we would have a competition between this guy and myself. So that night, sure enough, they showed up and I was there, we started our bench press and we both made our max that we were yapping about. Now for our squats, well we both walked up to our bar, we had two squat racks so we were both gonna do it at the same time. Everybody watching, we both picked up our bars, we went down for our first rep and BAM WE BOTH COULD'NT GET BACK UP, it was soooo funny. Hear we are running our mouths about are max squats and we ended up both looking pretty silly. We were just lucky we had good spots and the bars there so we didn't get hurt."

On her future goals: "I hope to do more fitness competitions, since I switched from bodybuilding competitions to fitness, I have only done one and I am excited to do more."

To her fans: "I just want to thank everybody for their support because I've recieved some very sweet letters. Thanks again."
