How I got into it:
"I have always been into sports, such as soccer (women’s premier level), football, tennis, kickboxing (Tony Greco), etc. When I was introduced to the gym at the age of 17, I became addicted to building muscle and improving my physique and fitness. It was when I saw the girls on a bodybuilding/fitness show on T.V. at the gym that I was determined to get a body like that and get up on stage too. So, staying dedicated through hard training, eating the right foods, and losing 30 lbs I was then ready to walk on stage.

My future goals in the fitness industry:
To continue improving my physique and fitness level so that I can compete Nationally and then Internationally (Olympia!) and become a well-recognized athlete all over the world. I'd also like to move from competing in figure to fitness and perform challenging routines at competitions.

"Professionally, I'd like to get my Certified Personal Trainers certificate and utilize my knowledge on physical fitness to people and to own my own business in the fitness industry."

On her progress:
"I worked hard this year doing various things such as competing, doing photoshoots, and trying to get as much exposure as possible. Now it’s time to let my body recover and work on improving my physique for upcoming events! But this doesn’t mean I won’t be working hard!

"I’m planning on taking a year off dieting and focusing on improving my muscle mass and strength, plus allowing my body to develop or “mature” in muscularity. I will compete again in 2006 or the summer of 2007 guaranteed! And I will make it to Nationals and qualify myself for international competitions!"
