    leg press -- 5x45 lbs plates per side on inverted leg press
    deadlift: 135lbs for about 4 reps
    pullups -- my best is 4x12 pullups or 2x2 with 25 lbs added for pullup
    single-arm chinups -- can do 2 reps
    pushups --50 in 60 seconds
    straddle jump height -- measures about 8 ft to my tush when legs in split

    On her childhood athletic background: "I tried, but my Asthma kept me down. I nearly died from Pneumonia a few times as a child so it is a miracle to be where I am now!"

    Lifting Background: "I have been lifting since 1994."

    On the impact lifting has had on her life: "It helps keep my Asthma under better control, helps me eat right, play recreational games and activities better, has become my career!"

    Future Goals: "I have many goals and projects on the rise. I am hosting a Competitors workshop on Jan 25 for Fitness, Bodybuilders, Figure and Fitness model athletes. I am promoting the Muscle Mania West and Fitness Canada West on April 12th. Both these events take place in Vancouver, BC and you can contact me for any entries or questions. I have a few possible TV and Movie possibilities also coming this year but we will see if this works out. I am presently training athletes for contests as well, some in person, some online!"

    What empowers/motivates you as an athlete?: "Beating the odds!"

    On people's reactions to her physique: "It gets me total respect."

    On what are her strongest and weakest muscle groups: " Strongest has to be my abs, weakest maybe thighs."

    On doing her part to win the battle of the sexes: "I showed up a guy on the Jenny Jones show doing more one-arm pushups than he could"
