Sports played growing up and in school: "I didn't play sports in high school"

"I have been lifting 8 years. In that time, I went from a size 10 to a 5. I love the definition and I won't ever give it up!"

"It's a lifestyle to me and now its also how I make my living. It's something that I love doing and I like how it makes me look."

"I'm very competitive. It comes out when I'm competing in figure on stage. I don't like to be second best and my record shows that hasn't happened often...yeah!!"

On her proudest accomplishment as a competitor: "Getting to the national stage for figure in the Team Universe competiton has been the greatest achievement. Its amazing how that feels going that far with this."

On doing her part to win the battle of the sexes: "Yeah, men in the gym are amazed when I train legs with what I can lift. 'Pretty strong for a girl', they say. I say, 'yeah, you want me to remove a couple plates so you can jump in.' Just kidding, I'm always polite!"

Future Goals: "I want to maintain the muscle I have and lean up a bit more, but I am pretty much happy with how I look."
