On her motivation: "One of the things that motivates me most is seeing how exercise can keep men and women looking and feeling young."
On her aptitude for muscle: "The strength comes naturally, but being very lean for competition is a lot of hard work."
On what bodybuilding has done for her: "Lifting has made me more confident."
On doing her part to win the battle of the sexes: "I've done more pull ups than men on more than one occasion."
