    Athletic Background/Achievements: "I was an all state gymnast, I also was in tap dancing, and jazz. I started lifting when I wanted to get my life back together after suffering from Aneroxia Nervosa as a teenager. I have been lifting now for 14 years."

    On what lifting has done for her: "It saved my life after being Aneroxic. Now I'm strong and confident, and my attitude is very positve in whatever I do."

    On her motivation to lift: "After losing my mother in 1990, I realize that nobody is going to take care of me except me, and live everyday to the fullest! I want to be the very best that I can be."

    On her strongest/weakest muscle groups: "My strongest muscle group is my biceps and back. My weakest is my Chest a little bit."

    On people's reactions to her lifting weights: "I get all kinds of looks. Some Women are very jealous, but some love the way I look. Men love it, they think it's sexy."

    On doing her part to win the battle of the sexes: "I don't have to prove myself to any guy. The way I lift in the gym, a lot of guys watch me and walk away, because I lift as much or even more than they do."

    On her future goals: "My future goal is to be on the Olympia stage someday, and to continue my personal training business, and hopefully I can make an impact on someone else that wants to make it as far as I did."

    On another peronsal obstacle Jeannie has had to overcome in her adult life: "In 1995 I suffered a rare disease called Guillan-Barre' Syndrome. I was paralyzed from the waist down and hospitalized for 2 weeks."
