"I used to run track and field in the earlier years of elementary school. I started working out on my own during the whole '20 minute workout' era and I have worked out ever since, challenging myself. I’ve been weightlifting a few years now."

"It has transformed my body. My shoulders are strong and broad which give my body proportion to my lower hippy side! Weightlifting is also a great way to relieve stress. "

"My strongest muscles are my quads. My weakest are my calves but I’m working on it".
On people’s reaction to your physique:
"I do get a lot of 'Wows'. I get a lot of compliments on my arms and back since they look strong. The wows also come from booty-loving men who like the small waste and bubbly JLo backside.
Future goals:
I hope to get stronger. If I get bigger in the process, the better! It wouldn’t hurt to add another inch to my arms and lats. I like the look of muscles while maintaining my femininity. It’s very sexy.
