On how it feels to be such a strong woman: " It feels good to know I have great strength, and more then even, many men."
What empowers/motivates you as an athlete?: "The outcome of what I continue to achieve (visually and mentally)"
On peoples' reactions to her muscular physique: "Most men seem to like it, but many are yet, intimidated as well."
On what bodybuilding means to her: " I feel it betters me in every way: physically, mentally, and socially. Lifting is a major part of life to me and always will be.
It's worth every dreaded workout."
Do strength and fitness come natural to you or is it mostly hard work?: "I do not have great natural genetics (except symmetry). I ALWAYS need to work extremely hard to stay on top."
On doing her part to win the battle of the sexes: "I outlift guys in the gym all the time. Sometimes I notice they purposely don't stand next to me while doing their set. And I often get begged to armwrestle. Every now and then, I'll take them up on it. Once I was neck and neck for 2 to 3 min. and I took him (or he gave up) and I had a black and blue the size of a baseball the next day (from a broken blood vessel)!"
