"I think bodybuilding training helps you be focused and overcome obstacles in real life because of the dedication and determination it demands.

"I train because I love the feeling of being powerful and seeing positive changes in my physique that I create through dedication."

On the way guys react to her physique?: "Mostly positive feedback; I do see some guys in gym who look at me weird because I'm moving more weight then them."

On doing her part to win the battle of the sexes: "I was buying a new car and wanted to add a spoiler for the price we agreed on, so the salesman asked the tower guy but he said no. I asked to see him, we discussed it and he kept saying he couldn't do it."

"He looked like a guy who worked out, so I challenged him to push-up contest. If I won, I'd get spoiler. If I lost, I'd pay the additional $550.00 to put it on. All the sales guys were there cheering, he went first and did 62 push-ups. Then I did 75! I got the spoiler and he got teased by his co-workers."
