Job/School: Student at Arizona State U.

Hobbies/Interests: "The outdoors, camping, fishing, hunting, hiking, rollerblading, driving (have a lead foot and the speeding tickets to prove it); I love taking my dog where ever I go, her name is Havic, she's a black 35lbs full breed pit and she's oh so lovable!!! My interests range from the human mind to lifted trucks...I'm very easily impressed and entertained; I keep an open mind and try to enjoy what ever comes my way. I love to laugh, that's probably my number one hobby."

Favorite Movies: "The Green Mile, Remember the Titans, Rudy, The Fast & The Furious, Gone in 60 Seconds, Jaws, Face Off, Mask, Legally Blonde and a whole bunch of others."

Favorite Music: "Country for the most part, but also classic rock."

Favorite TV Show: "Home improvement, Everybody loves Ramond, Friends, Frasier"

Athletic/Lifting Background: " I played T-ball and soccer to begin with. In high school, I played softball, soccer, volleyball, basketball, track and field (shot and disc, and the fat man relay). I've always been stocky, athletic, and pretty strong, pound for pound. I started lifting when I was 14, My dad got me into competing about that time, and I've been in the gym ever since."

On the impact lifting has had on her life: "I'm a personal trainer and I know that having an interest in the gym has had a substantial impact in developing some of the important interpersonal relationships in my life (including my gorgeous boyfriend). Because of lifting I'm healthier and stronger. It improved my self esteem, and I now have the knowledge to help others. I wouldn't change that for the world!!"

On her strongest/weakest muscle groups: "The strongest...it's a toss up between my quads calves and pecs, my weakest would probably be my lats and middle back"

On peoples' reactions to her muscular physique: "Some men like it and respect it, and others are intimidated. Some girls look up to it and hopefully get motivated while others think it's nasty. You can't please everybody and that took a while for me to learn."

What are your future goals in athletics and weight lifting? "I'd like to compete in fitness a la Monica Brandt and be on the cover of a magazine someday."

On doing her part to win the battle of the sexes: " I used to armwrestle all my guy friends and I beat thmem when I was in the 8th grade, but they got stronger in high school and it got a lot tougher. I used to get involved with the deadlift competition in the guys weight room in high school, but for some reason after I wen they they always had to go to the bathroom or something!"
