Hobbies / Interests :I love working out, but also enjoy all outdoor activities in nature. My interest in alternative, complementary medicine, and metaphysics keep me training hard. I've learned the mind body benefits of fitness and exercise......especially resistance training.

School Background: Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Masters in Natural Health. Currently working on a certificate to be a holistic RN. Certified personnal trainer and life coach.

Athletic Background/Achievements:
I was a gymnast for 12+ years and loved the challenge. I trained with weights from the time I was 16 to the present. I done the Northcoast Body Building Championships and won my class, The World Gym Classic, placed 2nd, and the Miss Ohio and placed 2nd and at all contest won the best poser awards. Miss galaxy I placed 2nd in the obstacle course and 8th in the swimsuit round and qualified for the finals in California.

How long have you been lifting? As I said , I've been lifting weights since age 16, but also taught strength and conditioning to team gymnastics for several years. My passion for health, longevity, and helping others helped me get started in the whole thing of training. I've always been the person writes workouts and diets for people.

What are your future goals in athletics and weight lifting? I am going to turn pro in Natural Bodybuilding and I'd like to get some fitness modeling exposure. I want all females to know that you can't look masculine training with heavy weights and that it helps you your whole life in every aspect.

How do you feel about the increasing trend of more and more women lifting weights and changing traditionally male domains by breaking past stereotypes? I think that all women should learn to train with weights.....there would be alot less stress......less negativity......and more happiness and confidence in their lives.

How do people react to you lifting weights and/or being muscular?
Reactions vary, but the majority are all positive. People with negetive reations to a physically fit female are usually due to insecurity issues with either sex.
Even guys that don't know I work out appreciate the firm physique and how nicely I look in street clothes. Also, when people find out I work out, I get all kinds of questions regarding diet, exercise and supplements. This is a sign to me that people are starving for this awesome information to be relayed to them.

Were you always strong, even as a child? Well, I've always been athletic and loved the outdoors, and would definately say it comes natural. It's a god given thing and I want to share it and help all who are interested.

Has lifting had a positive impact on your life and how? My life has been impacted so positively from working out you could never imagine. The whole process of carreer and personal choices have stemmed from that choice to work out and train with weights.......from being an RN to learning supplements, herbs and vitamins for overall health.
