People always ask how i keep my schedule of training in martial arts, kickboxing, lifting at my age of 49ys and with 4 children, of which two are grown and gone. I tell them, lots of balance in all aspects; training, eating, sleeping, and living life.

I teach 6 kickboxing classes a wk., sparring 2-3x a week, karate class, 3x a week, 2 heavy sport specific lifting days, 2 functional training days, and 1-2 karate tournaments a month; also on a national karate team.
