Sarah Magnani is a 30 year old figure competitor. Thanks to Rainer for these shots of Sarah. Below is a bit of a self-bio.
"I started body building in October 2005. After having a trial session at mygym I discovered my passion to workout with weights. After a few weeks Idiscovered the changes at my body. To go to your limit or even over yourlimit made me feel brilliant. In addition, I changed my diet. I started toeat 5-6 times a day but only small portions with clean food as chicken,lean beef, egg whites, oats, brown rice and whole grain product. Inaddition, I ate a lot of green veggies, salad, olive oil and nuts.On 7th October 2006 I had my first Fitness figure contest - thequalification for the IFBB Swiss Championship. I turned 4th out of 13 andwas very satisfied. Two weeks later at the Swiss Championship I turned 4thagain.
"Next to bodybuilding, I am a group fitness instructor since 1998 which isalso a passion. Mainly, I teach Les Mills programms (Body Pump and BodyStep). I need the mix between body building and group fitness to make lifemore varied. In addition, you need the strengh and tone of your muscles tobe a good example as a fitness instructor. I love motivating people to movethemselves and have fun on the same time."
