Margie Ciaccio is one of the greatest female armwrestlers of her generation having won dozens of professional titles including this year's Arnold Classic lightweight championship. Despite a sore arm from the competition, Margie was good enough to come out and show off her legendary biceps for us in a shoot later the same day.
