Terri won the 2003 Olympia Expo's Battle of the Biceps contest by curling 45 lbs over 70 times. She's from Texas and is a former college basketball player for UTEP. She has 13 inch biceps at a height of 5'4" and claims she doesn't focus on upper body lifting.
