Antonia Grady is a 24 year old fitness competitor from British Columbia, Canada. At 5'3", 120 lbs (130-135 lbs offseason), Antonia has a bright future ahead of her as a physique competitor.
While attending nursing school, Antonia has made her mark in fitness by placing in the top 5 of the CBBF Canadian Fitness National Championships. She's accomplished this despite only having trained for 2 years for fitness competitions.
