Tiffany was the only entrant in the fitness competition at this show, but she was such a strong competitor that she might have just scared away the rest of the field.
Tiffany has been training in one way or another for 11 years and her primary athletic background is in cheerleading. This was her first fitness show for the 5'2", 112 lb physical therapist and personal trainer from Illinois.
