Thanks to the 2004 Show Me Naturals promoter Les Turilli for his help at the show and for putting on a very classy event. He also promotes Missouri's Caveman Classic show coming up this summer.

The bodybuilding competition featured 5 competitors who competed as masters competitors as well as open class lightweight and heavyweight competitors.

Susan Williams (#13) took the 1st place masters, lightweight and overall titles as she stood out from the field with her conditioning, size and energy. At the ripe young age of 49, Susan competed at 5'1", 110 lbs in what was only her first show. A freelance artist by trade, Susan was pursuing a lifelong fitness passion and absolutely loved competing in this show. Our hats are off to Susan, a loving wife of 25 years and a mother of 4 children for stepping out on stage and taking a chance on something completely new for her.

Finishing 2nd in both the lightweights and the masters competition was Jenny Coppersmith (#12). Michelle Probst (#14) took the heavyweight class and 3rd place in the masters. Diane Matt (#10) was competing in her first show and finished 2nd in the heavyweight division showing some good potential with her size and structure. Sheila Turner (#11) finished 3rd in the heavyweight class and 5th in the masters.

The big man handing out the trophies is Roger Semsch, who owns and runs the St Louis Powerhouse Gym along with his wife, Angie Semsch. Thanks to both of them for hosting our trip out to the gateway to the west.
