Wendy is a former dancer and gymnast turned bodybuilder. She has competed in bodybuilding, fitness, and figure, though bodybuilding is her passion. She sports 13.5-inch biceps and her best lifts include a 165-pound benchpress and a 245-pound squat.

Notable: Included among her accomplishments is the title of "Ms. Terminator 2004," a contest she won at the 2004 Arnold Classic. On the lighter side, Wendy admits to a "fetish for peanut butter."
